Payment

This is the normal bank transfer, you must initiate yourselfself after order confirmation, either by form at your bank or online. Do not forget to indicate the order number on the bank transfer, as only this can be done uniquely associated with your order. Depending on your bank, it will take about 1 to 3 days (from abroad even longer) until the money arrives at our bank and thus the receipt can be posted. Transferring funds from abroad can couse additional fees - please ask your bank employee.

Payment by cash on delivery is only availible in Germany (+ € 6,50 Charge): You pay the invoice amount directly at the package messengers.

Please note that we carry out a creditcheck while payment. A positive result is a prerequisite for this method of payment. For purposes of credit assessment BürgelWirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, Postfach 500166, 22701 Hamburg, your address and credit information stored in its database will be provided, including those that are determined on the basis of mathematical and statistical methods, available unless we have stated our justified interest.

We then expect your payment within 7 days of receipt.
